初熟的果子（孫程雁玲姊妹）
我和家人在1964年移居千里達。當時有位婆婆向我分享耶穌基督的信仰。十年後，我全家再移民加拿大。每當生意上遇到困難，自然就會唱起那婆婆教我的「耶穌愛我」，我總感到主耶穌常時在我左右，難題都能圓滿解決，生意亦得到主祝福。
2015年，我和丈夫搬進葡萄園，認識了張國強弟兄和何牧師。牧師告訴我，我倆是葡萄園第一對決志信主的住客，那是2015年11月4日。後來牧師的媽媽帶我參加研經班，進一步認識神。在2016年3月27日的復活節，我們夫婦在以馬內利堂的新堂接受洗禮，加入教會。
我的丈夫雖然患有嚴重失憶症，但每次參與主日崇拜或聚會，總是出奇地安靜坐著，而我內心亦滿有喜樂平安。我的神是誠實的神，是大能並聽禱告的神。祂是磐石，我們永永遠遠信靠主！
Firstfruits (Sun Ling)
In 1964, my family and I moved to Trinidad. An elderly woman shared with me the Christian faith. Ten years later, our family immigrated to Canada. Whenever I faced difficulties in business, I would naturally sing the song “Jesus Loves Me,” which she once taught me. I always felt that Jesus was with me, and the challenges would always be resolved, with blessings in my business as well.
In 2015, my husband and I moved to Vintage Garden. We met Brother Thomas Cheung and Pastor Edmund. He told me that we were the first couple in the Vintage Garden to decide to follow Christ, which was on November 4, 2015. Later, Mrs. Kathleen Ho invited me to attend a Bible study class, where I got to know God more deeply. On Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016, my husband and I were baptized at the new worship hall of TEC and became members of Christ’s church.
Although my husband suffers from severe Amnesia, every time we participate in worship or church gatherings, he always sits still. My heart is also filled with joy and peace. Our God is a faithful God, a mighty God who hears our prayers. He is our Rock, and we will forever trust in Him!
